JUDGMENT: Legally in a). In paragraphs (b) and (c), A6 is not authorized to participate and is ordered to return to the Bank until it is legally funded. The NCAA Women`s Basketball Rules Committee has approved an experimental rule to use the international 3-point distance for postseason events, excluding NCAA championships in each division. Committee members want to see if a further move of the 3-point line improves the game. The women`s current 3-point line is 20 feet, 9 inches. VERDICT: Shirts in (a) are illegal. The penalty is a technical foul that is directly attributed to the head coach. Shirts in (b) are legal. (10-6-4) JUDGMENT: Substitutes become players when they legally enter the field; in this case, when the officer greeted her in court. The players, who were replaced by A6, A7 and A8, did not know at the time of the fight which players would be classified as « bank staff ». Officials and the striker are trying to determine who replaced substitutes A6, A7 and A8 at the start of the fight. If the players who will be replaced by the substitutes cannot be identified, the only recourse available to officials to determine the penalties that the head coach should assess for the involvement of bank staff is to assess the maximum penalty.
Of the five players involved in the A team, three assume they are bench staff members and evaluate three indirect technical fouls at the head coach that led to the firing. Team B also made four free throws (two for each additional player involved in the fight). All participants will be disqualified for gross misconduct. The game continued with a pitch from Team B from the division line opposite the scorers` table. Team B gets two free throws and one throw on the division line, and Team A`s head coach loses his boxing coaching privileges. In (b), a number of the dashboard must be changed. Therefore, the A team is considered a technical foul of the team during the change, but the coach does not lose his training box privileges. In (c), no penalty will be imposed if the player never enters the game and the results book is unchanged. (10-1-2C, 10-6-4) The starter, A1, brought the wrong uniform and changed with eight minutes on the clock before the start of the match with A15 and now wears a legal jersey, but a new number. Two minutes before the start of the match, it is determined that the B1 starter is wearing a different jersey than the one indicated in the results book. It will be confirmed that the official scorer has received an incorrect number and a change will be made to reflect the correct number in the results book. VERDICT: All players wear legal clothing.
(a) The rule does not require all players to wear the same long sleeves on their undershirt, but each individual player must have sleeves of the same length on his undershirt when worn; (b) A visible manufacturer`s logo/trademark is permitted on the undershirt as long as it meets the logo requirements set out in paragraph 3-6. The 3-point lines in NCAA basketball for men and women can be moved to the international basketball distance of 22 feet, 1 3/4 inches. JUDGMENT: (a). Illegal material referred to in paragraph (b); The colors of the headband do not match the color requirements of the bracelet. The official must inform the player and head coach that these items are illegal and cannot be worn during the game as they do not meet the colour requirements. A five-year implementation date was approved to give schools time to budget for the purchase of new uniforms. Team A wears jerseys that: (a) the school name under the numbers, with lettering beginning at the front and continuing laterally backwards; or (b) the name of the school above the number and the name of the mascot below the number; or (c) illegal names/logos on the front or back. d. Each team member must be numbered with simple Arabic numerals on the front and back of the team jersey. The following numbers are legal: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 00, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55. A list of team members cannot contain both the numbers 0 and 00. The NCAA Men`s Basketball Rules Committee has proposed moving to international distance. If approved by the Rules Oversight Board on June 5, the rule will take effect for the 2019-20 Division I season and the 2020-21 Division II and III season. The international distance was used at the National Invitational Tournament (NIT) in 2018 and 2019.
The men`s 3-point line was moved from 19 feet, 9 inches to 20 feet, 9 inches prior to the 2008-09 season. JUDGMENT: Legal uniforms (a). In (b) illegal trousers. See 3-6-2 for size requirements. The display of several manufacturers` logos on the belt of the pants/skirts makes the item illegal.
A7 presents himself to the official striker to enter the match with a jersey with the number 7, which is the number indicated in the results book. A7 (a) participates and participates in the Game; (b) changes his legal jersey and enters the game later; or (c) returns to the bench and never enters the game. If the number 25 tries to enter the match in the second half, her name and number will be added to the scorebook and a technical foul on the A team will be penalized.
